When you sell your property you will then forfeit your share and the purchasing party will have to make a $2,500 one off life payment to secure their share, and this of course, must be paid before using the waterfront mooring facilities. As Sylvania Waters Limited is a non profit company and is run by voluntary share owners/ Sylvania Waters deep waterfront owners, the share fee covers the running costs of the company, waterway maintenance and other incidentals.
